If you’re not completely satisfied with your activewear, your orders are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery.
Ship your item back to us with a copy of your receipt and a note about your reason for return. Please send us an email at info@dahliaactive.com to start the return process.
All Returns of PHYSICAL PRODUCT Must Meet the Following Requirements.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or damage.
- Items must have all original tags.
- Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment.
- Must not be marked as FINAL SALE.
Returns of DIGITAL PRODUCT such as gift cards or online courses will be screened on a case by case basis. Please initiate a return online or email us at info@dahliaactive.com directly with your refund request. If we are notified by shopify of a high risk purchase, said transaction will be cancelled and we reserve the right to refund the purchase price and have no further contact or financial obligation with the customer.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will not be granted a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage.
Fraud & Chargeback Protection Policy
1. Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification for fraud prevention. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of being unauthorized, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies.
2. Payment Authorization
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method used is authorized and that you are legally permitted to use it. Unauthorized use may result in order cancellation, account termination, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
3. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. Submitting a chargeback for a legitimate transaction may result in legal action and permanent account restrictions. We maintain records of all fulfilled orders, including shipping confirmations, tracking numbers, and digital delivery logs, to support dispute resolution.
4. Shipping & Digital Delivery
- Physical products: Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Tracking numbers or delivery confirmations serve as proof of fulfillment.
- Digital products: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge receipt of the digital goods. Download logs and access records are maintained as proof of delivery.
5. Account & Order Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities conducted under their account. Any unauthorized access or fraudulent use may be investigated and reported.
6. Legal Enforcement
Fraudulent transactions may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to report any suspected fraud to authorities and to cooperate with investigations.
Shipping & Delivery
Packages are shipped via USPS. Items usually ship out within 48 hours of purchase. Shipping charges are NOT reimbursed for returned purchases.
During the holiday season, please allow for extra shipping time and place your orders early.
